The Work Sharp Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener is an adjustable-angle knife sharpening system with three abrasive grits. The sharpening base provides a stable platform for benchtop sharpening, and the innovative blade clamp collet secures the knife quickly and securely. The Tri-Brasive Rod has a 320-grit coarse and 600-grit fine diamond plate on three sides (for quickly restoring the knife's edge) and a fine-grit ceramic stone (for honing the edge). The sharpening angle can be easily adjusted from 15° to 30° in 1° increments.
