We started the collaboration for sport knives with Alessandro Olivetto Designer and Graphic alias Bonus resident in Maniago.
The knife is very original, the blade resembles that of the grafting knife, a well-known traditional knife from Maniago.
In - Estro is made looking to the past but with modern design and materials. Lightweight and practical to carry thanks to its EDC steel clip. For the blade we use Carbon D 2 tool steel, while for the handles we use anodized aluminum with wood, micarta and G10 inserts.
