Mini G-Tech connector for smart charging (requires charger with G-Tech connector)
Specna Arms presents the rechargeable battery for airsoft rifles, developed in collaboration with the famous battery manufacturer Gens Ace.
This collaboration has resulted in a unique battery pack that features, among other features: shortened cables, which save precious space, and a G-Tech connector that makes it compatible with chargers equipped with this socket.
Once the battery is inserted into the G-Tech socket, the charger will recognize it after 5 seconds and automatically select the most suitable charging mode.
Specna Arms meets customer expectations by providing the market with a wide range of powerful Li-Po batteries for every need - whether you are looking for a battery for the stock tube, handguard or a dummy PEQ, this and much more is now available in the range, allowing you to play even longer.
Lithium-polymer (Li-Po) batteries are the successor to the well-known lithium-ion (Li-Ion) batteries.
The main advantage of Li-Po batteries is undoubtedly their capacity-to-size ratio.
They are very small in size while maintaining a high current capacity, which allows you to choose a battery suitable for practically any electric replica.
They do not have a memory effect.
They can be charged very frequently without first being discharged. Frequent charging is advantageous for this type of battery.
It is important to remember not to discharge a Li-Po battery below 3V per cell and not to overcharge it above 4.2V per cell.
Another advantage of Li-Po batteries is their low self-discharge rate.
When not in use, the battery loses about 3-5% of its energy per month.
It's important to keep a close eye on your battery pack, as prolonged storage can result in discharge below the minimum allowable value (3V per cell) and irreversible chemical reactions, which can cause deterioration of the battery's properties, including permanent damage and, in extreme cases, fire. An unused Li-Po battery pack should have an average charge of about 70%.
When used correctly, Li-Po batteries have an average life of 500-700 cycles.
An important aspect is the temperature at which Li-Po batteries can operate.
Unlike other batteries, Li-Po cells perform well even at low temperatures; however, they must be charged at room temperature.
To keep Li-Po batteries in good condition, they should be balanced while charging using the service connector found on most Li-Po battery packs (a good Li-Po charger has a built-in balancer).
After use, always disconnect the battery from the replica.
